Christmas is one of the few times of the year when I let my hair down, but if you are wanting to stay on track over the festive period, try this home workout.

  • Press-Ups 1 x 12, into
  • Air Squats 1 x 12, rest 60s, then add
  • Mountain Climbers 1 x 12e, rest 60s, then add
  • Alternating Lunges 1 x 12e, rest 60s, then add
  • Walk Outs 1 x 12, rest 60s, then add
  • Preaching Crunch 1 x 12, rest 60s.

So there are 5 circuits in total... if you want to make it even harder, you can pyramid back down to the start!
